🏢 1. Data controller

[Tu nombre o nombre de la marca], based in [ciudad, país] and reachable at trucofacil01@gmail.com, is the controller responsible for the personal data collected through this website (hereinafter, "the Site").

📊 2. What data we process

The Site does not require registration or collect personal data directly through forms, unless you voluntarily write to our contact email, in which case we will process your email address and the content of your message solely to reply to you.

If you choose to leave a comment on an article, this is handled through Disqus, a third-party service that requires you to register (with an email, Google account or Facebook account) in order to post. Disqus processes your username, email and the content of your comments as an independent controller for that processing; you can review its privacy policy at help.disqus.com. Published comments are publicly visible to any visitor of the Site.

Automatically, through cookies and similar technologies, browsing data (pages visited, device, approximate location) may be processed for analytics and advertising purposes. See the details in our cookie policy.

In the game section, you can take part without registering, using only a nickname stored on your own device. If you also want to appear on the public score leaderboard, you'll need to create an account with your email and a password through Firebase, the Google service we use for this purpose. In that case we will process your email and password (encrypted, and managed entirely by Firebase) solely to identify you, along with your nickname and coin score, which are publicly visible on the leaderboard. Your email and password are never shown to other users or published anywhere on the Site.

The Site also offers an optional general account, accessible from the "Sign up" and "Log in" links in the menu. When you create this account, we process your nickname, email and password (encrypted, managed entirely by Firebase) solely to identify you. From the "My account" page you can log out or delete your account and all associated data at any time.

🎯 3. Purpose of processing

⚖️ 4. Legal basis

The processing of your inquiries is based on the consent you give by writing to us. The processing of non-essential cookies (analytics, advertising and comments) is based on your explicit consent, given through the cookie banner. The processing of your data when you register and comment on Disqus is based on your consent and is also governed by Disqus's own terms and privacy policy. The processing of your data when you voluntarily register for the game leaderboard, or create a general account, is likewise based on your express consent, given on the registration form itself.

🌐 5. Third parties and advertising

This Site displays ads through Google AdSense. Google, as a third party, may use cookies to show ads based on your previous visits to this and other websites. You can find more information and manage your ad preferences at adssettings.google.com.

This Site also uses Disqus to manage article comments. When you register and comment, your data is sent to and stored on the servers of Disqus Inc., located outside the European Union, in accordance with the international data transfer safeguards that company has in place.

If you register for the game leaderboard or create a general account, your data (email, encrypted password, nickname and, in the case of the leaderboard, your score) is stored in Firebase, a Google LLC service. You can review its privacy policy at firebase.google.com/support/privacy. Both registrations are entirely optional: you can use the Site and play without doing so.

🗄️ 6. Data retention

Data arising from email inquiries is kept for as long as necessary to handle your request and, afterward, for the applicable legal period. Cookie data is retained according to the period stated in the cookie policy. Data from game or general accounts (email, nickname, score) is retained while the account remains active, and is deleted as soon as the user themselves deletes their account.

🛡️ 7. Your rights

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Spanish law, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your data, as well as the right to data portability. You can exercise these rights by writing to [tu email de contacto]. If you registered with a general account, you can also exercise your right to erasure yourself, at any time, using the "Delete my account" button on the "My account" page. You also have the right to file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) if you believe your rights have not been respected.

🔄 8. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated to reflect changes in legislation or in the Site itself. We recommend checking it periodically.
